Mara Olsen, Eirik Olsen and Stephanie Fox with members of Chicago “Rebels for Peace”, “Stand as One,” and the One Solution Middle East youth fellows in Gaza and the West Bank. This panel will show real, human examples of how peace is possible, even in some of the most conflict-torn places on earth. Understanding the principles allows people to see the potential for resilience, cooperation, and oneness no matter who or where they are.

In a world were expertise and specialisation in specific areas is the respected norm, it is surprising that people teaching the principles have impact in fields in which they have no specific expertise. This session will examine this pattern in principle based work that seems to buck the current professional trend of domain expertise.
