julian
Julian Fraser
Alongside Shaul Rosenblatt, Julian helped form Tikun and establish it as a focus for sharing wisdom and wellbeing, with the 3 Principles firmly at its core. His biggest personal insight was the realisation that he didn’t need to ‘control it all’. He recognised that by stepping out of his own way, he could allow life to become a smoother, effortless and more joyful experience. Seeing his reactive patterns and thinking from a distance, he changed from the angry ‘bear with a sore head’ into someone enjoying life with a smile on his face. This also led him to a complete change in his physical appearance and lifestyle, losing 8 stones (50 kilos) and getting fit. This turnaround is proof that internal changes bring about changes to the external, never the other way around. Julian completed the 3 Principles Professional Institute in 2012 and has been a Practitioner for several years.
