Chip is President of the Three Principles Foundation and, at the urging of Sydney Banks before his passing in 2008, co-founded, along with Elsie Spittle, the Three Principles School, which is dedicated to sharing the simplicity and purity of the Three Principles, “As discovered and taught by Sydney Banks”.
Alongside Shaul Rosenblatt, Julian helped form Tikun and establish it as a focus for sharing wisdom and wellbeing, with the 3 Principles firmly at its core. His biggest personal insight was the realisation that he didn’t need to ‘control it all’. He recognised that by stepping out of his own way, he could allow life to become a smoother, effortless and more joyful experience. Seeing his reactive patterns and thinking from a distance, he changed from the angry ‘bear with a sore head’ into someone enjoying life with a smile on his face. This also led him to a complete change in his physical appearance and lifestyle, losing 8 stones (50 kilos) and getting fit. This turnaround is proof that internal changes bring about changes to the external, never the other way around. Julian completed the 3 Principles Professional Institute in 2012 and has been a Practitioner for several years.
Mara Gleason is one of those fortunate people who knew what she wanted to do with her life from a very young age. After observing a profound change in her father when she was 11 years old, she was determined to discover what he’d learned that allowed for his change. Her father had been to Pransky & Associates to participate in a program about the 3 Principles. After graduating from Columbia University in 2006, Mara moved to Washington to work for Pransky & Associates so that she could better understand the principles for herself. After 4 wonderful years working there she and her colleague, Aaron Turner, founded One Thought, a company based in NYC and London dedicated to illuminating the 3 principles in the business world. She is also a volunteer and contributor for the 3 Principles Global Community.

In 1976, George Pransky and his wife Linda stumbled on a new way of helping people that was radically different from the traditional counselling methods they’d been using in their work. The new principles they were learning had a huge impact on their personal lives, their relationship and the way they worked with their clients. They began to teach these principles and became pioneers in a new field of psychology that profoundly changed their clients in a short amount of time. Currently, Linda is on the executive committee of the Three Principles Organization (3PGC), Faculty of the One Thought Institute and Senior Partner at Pransky and Associates.
Chana is originally from Israel. She is a very blessed mother to eight children. Before coming across the Principles, she was taking a degree in family counselling/psychology and did not have it in mind to become a counsellor, rather to use the ideas for her own family. That changed at the Tikun Innate Health Conference in 2011. Her insights through the conference made her realise that the Principles had something deeper and more relevant to offer her than anything she had experienced until now. ‘From that moment on, while nothing has changed in my life on the outside everything has changed on the inside!’. She graduated from the One Thought Institute in 2012. Chana is now working for Tikun’s Innate Health Centre in London, she is part of the faculty on the One Thought Professional Institute.

The book has received outstanding reviews and a phenomenal response, touching such a very diverse range of people with its moving story and the profound simplicity of its teachings. Terry is also one of a very small group of people who brought the Principles to the UK.
